Ranks will be determined as follows:

Unguilded -> Soldier

1 background RP (at least 500 words in length)
A 4 line description.
1 live rp telling the rules of the tower. Given by an ASha'man

Soldier -> Dedicated
Dedicated are restricted to the Black Tower ICly, except with expressed permission from an Asha'man or a M'hael


15 points
2 lesson in swordplay
2 lesson in weaving


Dedicated -> Asha'man
Asha'man have no restrictions as to where they can be ICly, unless a M'hael states otherwise

30 Points
2 training rp as a trainer
1 trainening on each sphere from an Asha'man


Now, the points are done as follows:

^^10 levels = 1 pt for reaching level 10, then 1 pt for every 10 levels that follow

^^1 solo RP = 1-3 pts determined by the M'hael (based on quality)

^^1 live RP = 2-5 points (points will be determined by quality and length)

^^Series RP of 5 RPs or more = 5 points for completion (still recieve points for each individual post)

Required training RP = 2 points + 1 point for every 2 participants, for the trainer more than one trainer is present the points are split between them. Each participant gets 2 points.
